She has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice. She worked as senior associate of the banking and finance department for a regional firm for more than 14 years. She has provided advice to both sides of financing deals, lenders, and borrowers. Some of the transactions in which she has participated aim to grant financing to local banks, non-profit microfinance institutions, airline operators, insurers, development entities, agricultural companies, hotels, energy and power generators, fast food restaurants, among others. She has advised clients on matters related to wealth planning, capital markets, insurance, aeronautical law, distribution, civil and commercial agreements, and corporate matters.
